About
I began my career as summer help in Public Works and as a part-time firefighter. Over the years, I worked my way up to become the Village Forester for one of the most successful urban forestry programs in Illinois. That path taught me the value of persistence, teamwork, and innovation in local government, lessons that continue to guide everything I do today.

After using ChatGPT on its release day I instantly recognized its potential to transform how work gets done. The very first resident notification I generated with AI showed me what was possible: faster, smarter, and more effective communication. From that moment on, I became focused on bringing the benefits of artificial intelligence into municipal operations.

As a Village Forester, I’ve used AI across nearly every aspect of local government — analyzing data, preparing budgets, drafting resident updates, documenting meetings, and improving internal workflows. Through those experiences, I’ve learned that the most powerful AI tools don’t have to be expensive or complicated. They just need to be practical, accessible, and used with purpose.

That’s the foundation of Tilly Net LLC. Our mission is to put the power of AI directly into the hands of local government employees, not through six-figure enterprise systems, but through training, strategy, and hands-on application of affordable tools that deliver real results.

My goal is to help every person I work with become a confident, independent user of AI. I want to show that these tools aren’t reserved for data scientists or tech experts. They’re for anyone ready to innovate, streamline their work, and bring new ideas to life.

At Tilly Net LLC, we’re guided by a few core values: accessibility, innovation, practicality, creativity, community service, ambition, and individualism. This work isn’t about replacing people with technology — it’s about empowering the people who make our communities thrive to do their best work with the tools of tomorrow.
